We have a special event for you for March to celebrate International Women's Day.
Join us for an uplifting and empowering morning of yoga. Lizzie will lead you through an hour of energising flow to Queen B's more upbeat numbers, and then Natalie will relax and ground you her slower sounds, before finishing up with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra.
The class is taught in a way that makes it accessible for those new to yoga, and includes more challenging options for people with more experience. Everyone is welcome.
Writing for Wellness: An intro to journaling as a wellness practice

Ever thought of trying journaling but not quite sure where to start?
Opened a notebook, seen the blank page staring back and then closed it again?
Seen someone writing away in a café and wanted to have a go?
This workshop will introduce you to journaling as a wellness practice, firstly getting you writing, the words flowing on the page, and then giving you specific journal prompts to explore feelings, to reflect on situations, and to set future intentions. It will include both short exercises to get you writing and exploring and also longer writes to delve a little deeper.
The workshop is suitable for complete beginners who have never journaled before, but may also be of interest to those with a journaling practice who would like to explore journaling in a more structured/dedicated environment.
